(12.14.13) The Blackhawks mascot, "Tommy Hawk," visited the Westfield Old Orchard Mall ice rink today, putting smiles on the faces of hundreds of shoppers and their children.

In a partnership with Westfield, the Skokie Park District's Skatium Ice Arena is now managing the mall's winter outdoor rink, overseeing daily public sessions and bringing occasional figure skating and hockey exhibitions to the venue.The skating rink is located on the northwest end of the mall, near the Bloomingdale's east entrance.
