Kale Brand is a musician with three years of college experience in various types of performance. Their primary instruments include guitar, bass guitar, piano, and ukulele, as well as a specialization in music composition and music theory. Kale has experience in both performance and accompaniment in various community musical settings, ranging from rock bands to musical theater.
Michelle Thomas taught music at Mary G. Peterson, a CPS school, for 25 years where she taught K-9 students general music and directed ukulele & recorder ensembles, musical theater productions and choirs. She earned her Masters of Music Education at VanderCook College of Music and is a National Board Certified Teacher specializing in early and middle school music. She has taught at both the Merit Music Outreach Program and the Old Town School of Music in Chicago. Currently Michelle plays ukulele with Irish and Old Time dance bands in the Chicago Metro area.
