The Skokie Park District tentatively plans to retool its 2011 website in 2017 and its users are invited to give their feedback regarding its functionality.

Users who complete this survey will be entered to win a Skokie Park District gift card worth up to $100. In addition, selected respondents will be asked to participate in a paid focus group later this summer.
