Early Childhood At Weber

The Rookies program is designed to progress children through their early baseball experience. Simple skills acquired in the Juniors division are reinforced and other aspects of the game are introduced in a fun and supportive environment. Fielding, throwing, catching, and hitting are focused on each week, with the aim to introduce players to a controlled scrimmage by the end of the session. Players of all skill sets will be able to participate and learn the great game of baseball! Players should bring their own gloves, helmets and bats will be provided. No Class 7/6

The Pro Dribblers program builds on skills and rules learned in the Rookie Dribblers class and also introduces more fundamental techniques and basic rules. No Class 7/5

Parents are an integral part of helping their tots develop basic sports movement and motor skills. Motor skill activities focus on hand/eye and hand/foot coordination. Sports equipment and instruction are provided to help guide your child through an introduction to organized sports. Parents or caregiver participation is required. No Class 7/5

The Rookie Strikers program is the next step in the development for your young soccer player. The focus of classes is FUNdamentals that are crucial for every budding soccer player. Players focus on foot placement while shooting, following through on their shot, manipulating the ball in creative ways, defensive stance, and much more; all while participating in our fun games and adventure themed activities. Shin guards are optional, all equipment is provided.
