Angie Sakellaris was recently hired as the Skokie Park District’s school age program supervisor. In her position, Sakellaris is responsible for developing, administering and implementing the district's current extended care (S.P.A.C.E) program and supervising its staff, as well as managing holiday extended care programs, extended day camp, various special events, and summer camp programs and classes.

She previously worked as a special events coordinator at the Wheeling Park District, as well as in positions at the Barrington and Mount Prospect Park Districts.

Sakellaris graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in communication studies.

In her spare time she enjoys cheering on Chicago's sports teams and hanging out with her dog Jules.
